maximum capacity of the accommodation<\/strong>.<\/p>\nAny change in the number of guests must be communicated in advance and authorised by the Management. The presence of people not indicated in the booking may result in a surcharge or, in the most serious cases, in the termination of the stay.<\/p>\n
Damage and guest liability<\/h3>\n
The apartment is handed over clean, tidy and in full working order. Guests are required to use the rooms, furnishings, appliances and equipment with the utmost care and to return them in the same condition.<\/p>\n
Any damage, breakage, loss or deterioration attributable to the guest or to the people staying in the apartment may be charged. The relevant amount may be withheld, in whole or in part, from the security deposit paid on arrival, without prejudice to the right to request payment of any further amounts should the damage exceed the value of the deposit.<\/p>\n
No smoking<\/h3>\n
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments and in the indoor common areas of the property. Any costs arising from the need for extraordinary cleaning or odour removal caused by failure to comply with the smoking ban may be charged to the guest.<\/p>\n
Keys and equipment<\/h3>\n
At check-in, the keys to the apartment will be handed over together with, where applicable, any remote controls, badges or other devices needed to access the property or the garage.<\/p>\n
In the event of loss or failure to return the keys or other equipment, the relevant replacement or restoration costs will be charged.<\/p>\n
Late arrivals<\/h3>\n
Check-in is from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\nAny arrival after 7:00 pm must be agreed in advance with the Management and may be subject to availability and additional costs.<\/p>\n
Guests are therefore kindly asked to promptly communicate any delay with respect to the agreed time.<\/p>\n
Guest registration requirements<\/h3>\n
At check-in, guests will be required to provide the Management with the data needed for guest registration, as required by current regulations.<\/p>\n
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and as set out in the property’s privacy policy.<\/p>\n
Force majeure<\/h3>\n
Should the apartment not be available to the guest due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Management’s control, the Management will promptly inform the guest of the situation and adopt the solutions provided for by the applicable legislation and by the agreements made with the guest.<\/p>\n
Acceptance of the conditions<\/h3>\n
Confirming the booking by paying the deposit online implies that the guest has read and accepted the Booking and stay conditions<\/strong> governing the stay at the property.<\/p>\nGuests are also required to comply with the house rules, times and instructions given by the Management throughout their stay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
