Welcome to Livigno<\/strong><\/h3>

Dear Guest,
below you will find the main conditions relating to your stay in our apartments. Please read them before your arrival.<\/p>

<\/p>

Services included in your stay<\/strong><\/h3>

The rental price includes electricity, heating, water and hot water. Outdoor parking, a ski room with boot warmers and bicycle storage are also included.<\/p>

<\/p>

Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/h3>

Check-in is from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm<\/strong> on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 8:30 am<\/strong> on the day of departure.<\/p>

A priority check-in<\/strong> or priority check-out<\/strong> can be arranged in advance at an additional cost of \u20ac 50.00<\/strong> per service, subject to availability and agreement with the Management.<\/p>

<\/p>

Security deposit<\/strong><\/h3>

A security deposit of \u20ac 200.00 per apartment<\/strong> is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay, after checking the condition of the apartment and compliance with these conditions of stay.<\/p>

<\/p>

Tourist tax<\/strong><\/h3>

The tourist tax is \u20ac 1.50 per person<\/strong>, applied to guests over 16 years of age, in accordance with current regulations. The amount due must be paid on arrival, together with any other amounts not included in the booking.<\/p>

<\/p>

Apartment cleaning<\/strong><\/h3>

The apartment is handed over clean and tidy. At the end of the stay, guests are required to return it in the same condition in which they found it, with particular regard to general tidiness and waste disposal.<\/p>

If the apartment is returned in an inadequate state of cleanliness, a final cleaning surcharge of \u20ac 100.00<\/strong> will be charged, which may be deducted from the security deposit.<\/p>

<\/p>

Linen<\/strong><\/h3>

As agreed, bed linen and towels are not included<\/strong> and must be brought by the guest.<\/p>

Linen can however be rented, subject to availability, at the following cost:<\/p>

  • \u20ac 12.00 per set of bed linen<\/strong>;<\/p><\/li>

  • \u20ac 12.00 per set of towels<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    <\/p>

    House rules<\/strong><\/h3>

    To ensure peace and quiet and the rest of all guests, absolute silence is required from 9:00 pm<\/strong>. Shouting, screaming, loud music, singing, dancing, disruptive behaviour or noisy use of doors and common areas are therefore not permitted.<\/p>

    Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full or partial withholding of the security deposit<\/strong>, without prejudice to the right to claim compensation for any further damage.<\/p>

    <\/p>

    Entering the apartment with sports equipment<\/strong><\/h3>

    It is strictly forbidden to enter the apartments with skis, ski boots or any other sports equipment that could damage or dirty the rooms<\/strong>. Dedicated spaces are available for storing equipment.<\/p>

    <\/p>

    Valuables<\/strong><\/h3>

    The Management is not liable for any theft, loss or damage of money, gold, jewellery, documents, electronic devices or other valuables left unattended inside the apartments or in the common areas.<\/p>

    <\/p>

    Pets<\/strong><\/h3>

    Apartments suitable for pets<\/strong> are clearly indicated in their description. It is therefore not permitted to stay with animals in apartments where this is not specifically indicated.<\/p>

    <\/p>

    Covered parking space<\/strong><\/h3>

    Subject to availability and booking, a garage parking space can be used at a cost of \u20ac 12.00 per night<\/strong>.<\/p>

    <\/p>

    Arrival and information<\/strong><\/h3>

    We will meet you at check-in to hand over the apartment and all relevant information. A map to easily reach the property<\/strong> is available on our website.<\/p>
